These general terms and conditions of use apply to all users of the website of Emirates Global Aluminium Latin America, Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada de Capital Variable (S. de R.L. de C.V.) ("we/our") website (the "Site"). We are a registered company in Mexico.

By viewing, accessing and using the Site you will be deemed to accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions”) and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions without qualification or reserve. In case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to seek all remedies available under the law for such violations. For the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal courts sitting in Mexico City, and hereby unconditionally waive your right to resort to any other venue to which you might be entitled due to your current or future domiciles or by any other reason whatsoever.
